This beginner-friendly class is designed to take the mystery out of oils, how are they connected to herbs, and how it's easy to make natural wellness simple and fun! You'll learn what essential oils are, how to use them safely, and the best ways to incorporate them into your daily routine for energy, sleep, stress, and more.

While a fitness class is downstairs, we will be upstairs.
